ABOUT OUR FOOD

We use a minimum 75% Certified Organic ingredients in all of our dishes, with almost all other items being Non-GMO, All Natural, or from farms and producers working towards Organic Certification. All meat, dairy, & eggs are USDA Organic or locally sourced, humanely raised, and antibiotic/artificial hormone free.
Our location in the Southeast enables us access to some incredible farms and producers that are still considered local and deliver to us weekly.
